Fall Cocktails
Mix up the perfect sangria or fall cocktail with Campo Viejo and friend of the brand, Jaylynn Little!

Servings: 6-8
- 1 Orange, sliced
- 1 Apple, sliced
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 2 cups Apple cider
- 1/3 cup Dark rum or Brandy
- 750–ml Campo Viejo Tempranillo
- 4 Cinnamon sticks
- Ice for serving
Add the fruit slices and brown sugar to a pitcher. Stir together while lightly pressing on the fruit to extract the juices. Pour in the remaining ingredients and stir well to dissolve the brown sugar fully.
Add in the cinnamon sticks. I recommend refrigerating for at least an hour before serving over ice.
Garnish with the soaked fruit and a cinnamon stick.

RIOJA PEAR CIDER
Servings: 1
- 1 part cinnamon pear syrup
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
- 4 parts apple cider
- 2 parts Campo Viejo Rioja Reserva
- Ice
- Pear slice, rosemary, cinnamon stick
Add the pear syrup, lemon juice, apple cider, and Campo Viejo Rioja Reserva to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a thin pear slice, rosemary, and cinnamon stick.
Make Your Own Cinnamon Pear Syrup
- 1 pear, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 cinnamon sticks
Add the ingredients to a small saucepan and over medium-high heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and gently press on the pears to release the juice and flavor.
Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to lower and simmer for 20 minutes before removing from the heat.
Strain the syrup into a glass jar and let it cool before using.

Servings: 1
- 1 part simple syrup
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
- 4 dashes aromatic bitters
- 1 part Campo Viejo Rioja Reserva
- Ice
- Lemon twist
- Campo Viejo Cava Brut
Add the syrup, lemon juice, and Campo Viejo Rioja Reserva to a shaker with ice. Shake well, then pour into a flute glass.
Top with Campo Viejo Cava Brut, and garnish with a lemon twist.
