Meet the Winemakers
Elena Suárez brings vivacity to the team and is the reflection of a new winemaking generation in the face of the expert opinion of Elena Adell. Like her wines, she is full of energy, curiosity, and openness. She likes to be one step ahead of the trend.
Irene Pérez holds a degree in Pharmacy and Oenology. She contributes structure and scientific expertise to the winemaking team, making her an essential asset. Irene brings rigor, discipline, balance, and produces beautifully nuanced wines with technical precision.
Elena Adell is the cornerstone of the winemaking team, with extensive experience working across Spain, but with her heart vested in La Rioja and Tempranillo. Just like Tempranillo, she is the quintessential Spanish winemaker. Elena is colorful and versatile and continues to adapt and innovate, she is regarded as a pioneer in winemaking and new varietal exploration across Spain.
The Tasting Notes
Tempranillo, Garnacha and Bobal
Deep cherry red in color with nuances of blue-violet, the color of a young and vibrant wine.
On the nose the wine is rich in notes of red fruit, cherry, strawberry, plum, blueberry, as well as soft toasted notes that give the wine depth and complexity.
On the palate we find a perfumed wine, smooth, fresh and full of vivid red fruit flavors, with a long finish of toasted notes.
A jovial wine, fresh, full of fruit, full of elegant complexity that is at the same time easy to drink and enjoy.
