Summer Shandy
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz Campo Viejo Brut
- 1 ½ oz Absolut Juice Strawberry
- 2 oz Lemonade
HOW-TO MIX
Build in wine glass with ice and garnish with strawberry slices, lemon wheels & pink peppercorns
Rose’ Colada
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Pina Colada Cubes*
- 3oz Campo Viejo Rose’ Cava
- 2oz Limeade
HOW-TO MIX
Mix the cava & limeade in a rocks glass. Add Colada cubes and garnish with Umbrella and fresh cherries or lime wheels
*Pina Colada Cubes
Pour your favorite Pina colada mix in an ice cube tray. Freeze 3-4 hours.
Mandarin Spritz
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Orange/Lemon Popsicle
- 4oz Campo Viejo Cava
- 1oz Orange Juice
HOW-TO MIX
Build in rocks glass add your favorite orange or lemon popsicle and stir!
Cherry Smash Punch
INGREDIENTS
- 1 carton Cherry Lemonade
- 750ml Campo Viejo Rose’ Cava
HOW-TO MIX
Mix in pitcher or punch bowl and garnish with mint and cherries. Garnish punch cups with cinnamon sugar rims.
Pineapple Party Punch
INGREDIENTS
- 2oz Pineapple Juice
- 2oz Limeade
- 4oz Campo Viejo Cava
HOW-TO MIX
Mix in a wine glass with ice and garnish with frozen berries and lime wheels.
Rose For Days Punch
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Bottle Campo Viejo Rose
- 6 dashes Absinthe
- 12oz 1x1 inch Cubed watermelon
- 6oz Absolut Lime
- 10oz Lemonade
HOW-TO MIX
Cute watermelon into large cubes and place on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Put in freezer for 2-3 hours until hard. Pour all ingredients into the punch bowl, adding Campo Viejo Rose and Watermelon cubes last. Garnish with Lime wheels and mint leaves.
